Congratulations on your acceptance to be a part of the first cohort of the University of Cincinncati Cancer Center's Faculty Leadership Institute!
The Faculty Leadership Institute is an invite-only program designed to orient faculty to the Cancer Center's organizational structure, governance policies, and programmatic efforts; develop leadership skills in areas such as conflict management, strategic planning and implementation, and effective communication and feedback; and aid in cultivating a leadership identity as a faculty member.
Participants will be engaged in an 8-month, cohort-model experience and will be required to attend an in-person, half-day retreat to kick off the program, followed by virtual, two-hour learning sessions each month throughout the academic year, culminating in a final, in-person graduation event.
