To maintain the momentum from the second annual Healthy Together: Cancer Community Stakeholder Retreat, we will be hosting virtual follow-up meetings to continue the conversations sparked during the retreat. These meetings will serve as touchpoints to assess community priorities, explore future initiatives and strengthen the partnerships that will help improve cancer outcomes throughout our region.
This session will focus on planning the Cancer Center’s Outreach Needs Assessment and discussing effective strategies to engage the diverse communities across the ten-county catchment area. We look forward to collaborating with you!
